The pricing listed above includes two nights accomodations; six meals: Friday night dinner through Sunday lunch, so that is six homemade, fresh from the garden vegetarian meals, incredible mountain vistas of resplendent fall foliage, private ponds for swimming, outdoor fires both nights, four yoga classes (all optional of course), and loads of hiking and trails to explore.  I look forward to experiencing the beauty of autumn in Vermont with you!

Friday night class will be hip openers, forward bends and twists, to work out the travel time in our bodies and ease our bodies into the retreat, followed by a homemade, hot dinner, and a great night's sleep.

After a light breakfast, we'll meet for a Saturday morning class (two hours long) which will begin with two kinds of pranayama, invigorating asana, and a led meditation, followed by lunch and perhaps a nap in the sun, a swim in the huge private pond, or a walk or hike in the woods.

Saturday afternoon class will be outside in the fall foliage, with lots of inversions and juicy twists, a kosha meditation and long savasana with live music, followed by dinner and an outdoor fire.

Sunday morning we will meet for breakfast followed by a two hour class, with pranayama, an up-tempo class of core work, inversions and backbends, followed by a homemade lunch and departure after 1pm, so we will have time to travel with ease and integrate our experiences before returning to work on Monday.

I invite you to come as you are, it is going to be amazingly restful, fun, and a great way to deepen your practices of asana, pranayama, and meditation, in the company of great people and beautiful surroundings while being nourished with delicious home grown and home cooked food.  This is the true meaning of retreat!  You will return refreshed and rejuvenated with a new sense of clarity and purpose.  Carpooling can be arranged.  For questions and to register, email me directly: elizabeth.isabella@gmail.com
